Hip-hop aerobics is a form of exercise that blends dance moves with strengthening exercises. This sort of aerobics is designed to feel more like dancing than exercising. It is usually paired with fast-tempo hip-hop music, and incorporates many of the moves common to the dance style. Group Classes are a great way to get in shape!

  Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.

Get Fit & Stay Fit. This 30 minute dynamic workout lead by a coach is exactly what you need to push yourself to the next level.  This class incorporates standard fitness equipment, free weights and functional training combined with instruction and education.

 Legs, Abs & Butt Training.  Strengthen and tone your core, glutes and legs. Through a variety of resistance training exercises designed to target the areas which support your lower back and provide the foundation for your body.

Yoga Stretch is beginners yoga class it's  great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

 Body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
